Instructions/Tips:

1. Do not change the format of the template. ONLY add data.

2. Keep the template as a csv file.

3. This application only handles Types: CUBE, CYL, QRND, SHLF, WDGE, and WRND.

4. Sample lengths greater than 2 cm for types CUBE, CYL and WDGE will be reduced to 2 cm in the results.
